Building Inspector

Responsibilities: Check architectural & technical IR's and ensure that completed work is complying with approved shop drawings, materials, samples, and mockups Check delivered materials MIR against approved material submittals Conduct regular site visits, inspections and checking workmanship and overall quality and ensure compliance with project documents Report to RE and Site Architect Assist Site Architect in issuing NCN, JSI Assist Site Architect in answering RFI's as required Assist the Site Architect in reviewing the submittals as required Awareness about Authorities standards and regulations Check contractor's ongoing activities and ensure compliance with the approved method statement Adhere to safety procedures Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in architecture 8-12 years of experience. Experience in the execution of high-end projects Great attention to detail. Software skills such as Auto CAD, Revit & MS Office Strong technical knowledge and experience in architectural elements and finishes Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
