Description
We are currently hiring for an HR Admin that will assist in the administration, recruitment, and Human Resources operations and functions. Responsibilities: Assist on day-to-day operations of the HR Department. Create photocopies and scanning of employee’s documentation. Conduct telephone pre-screening interviews. Scan through Linked In for potential candidates. Coordinate interviews with candidates. Maintain a high level of attendance. Maintain a professional image at all times, via email and telephone. Perform a wide range of clerical duties, maintaining files and highly confidential information. Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. Submit reports on general HR activity to the Direct Line Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
