Lead financial planning by driving business behaviors, annual planning, and supporting strategic projects for FAB Asset Management (FAB AM) CEO. Establish optimal finance partnering for FAB AM's Enablement functions, oversee financial affairs, implement strategic initiatives to transform finance processes, and enhance efficiency and productivity. Implement financial governance frameworks to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Coordinate the budgeting process within FAB Asset Management, including revenue forecasting, expense projections, income, and capital expenditures. Prepare and monitor the monthly management reporting process. Conduct continual analysis of operational components to identify synergies and opportunities, and monitor underperforming assets. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and initiatives. Deliver on business KPIs and financial targets. Manage Business Finance, Accounting, and Financial Controls. Oversee Capital Management. Ensure Governance and Reporting standards are met. Support Enablement and Cost Synergy initiatives. #LI-MA3 Expertise in strategic financial planning and control.
