We seek Emirati nationals with senior-level experience in Marketing and Communications. Below are the role details: Key Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Responsibilities Oversee the implementation of business plans, ensuring alignment with other business units. Operational Responsibilities Governance Participate in developing and implementing work policies and procedures. Operations Develop and maintain the organisation's identity and brand, ensuring consistency with strategic goals. Create internal and external marketing and PR plans, activating them in line with the institutional identity. Organise media events, manage media relations, and handle crises per organisational policies. Manage media sponsorships and advertising efforts to achieve marketing objectives. Oversee social media accounts and website content, ensuring standards are met. Monitor and analyse media coverage and publicity efforts. Supervise research and projects on customer satisfaction and opinion. Prepare and edit press releases, newsletters, reports, and other publications. Perform tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Project Management Implement projects and initiatives according to approved criteria, timelines, and budgets. Supervision Monitor staff performance, provide support, and promote ongoing development. Guide and train staff, facilitate knowledge sharing, and prepare staff for media interactions. Identify and develop keynote speakers for events and media presence.
