Description We've partnered up with one of the leading ecommerce platforms in the entire MENA region where some of the very best engineers get to show off their skills (and build some seriously cool things). They've been growing exponentially within the UAE and they're now entering a phase where international expansion is a real priority for them so it's time to add a few new faces into the team. Specifically, we're looking for Senior Back End Engineers to join the team who have aspirations of progressing to Team Lead in the next 6-12 months. If you're already at that level, that's a huge plus. Here's a full overview of what we're looking for: Absolute PHP and Magento specialists with a strong background in all things ecommerce. Experience with Microservices, Laravel and/or Symfony are huge pluses.You'll need experience of managing/mentoring a small team.A strong communicator and fluency in English is a must. What's on offer: A monthly salary of between 35k-40k AED per month (¬8,500-¬10,000 tax free).Full VISA sponsorship and private medical insurance.Flexible working throughout the year - work remotely from anywhere in the world during the summer months.
