Job Overview: Here's your chance to step into the role of Senior Executive - Health, Safety and Hygeine at Riverland in Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include: Conduct routine inspections of food outlets and F&B operations for hygiene and safety compliance. Support HACCP implementation and internal auditing processes. Investigate food safety complaints, incidents, and non-conformances and implement corrective actions. Liaise with Dubai Municipality and regulatory authorities for compliance matters. Deliver training to operational staff on food safety, allergens, and hygiene protocols. Maintain documentation and records in line with audit requirements and company standards. Monitor cleaning, pest control, and waste management activities across outlets. Participate in risk assessments and ensure appropriate controls are in place. About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field Knowledge in health and safety management systems. Knowledge of UAE food safety legislation and HACCP principles. Strong report-writing and documentation control. Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies.
