EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans A Telephones Supervisor accepts, delivers, and responds to guest and management messages, inquiries, and emergencies. They use their knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and the local vicinity to respond quickly to customer needs. What will I be doing As a Telephone Supervisor, you will: Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner Supervise the Telephones Team Accept and deliver all messages correctly and promptly for both guests and management Ensure all wake-up calls occur at the correct times Demonstrate knowledge of hotel facilities and services, using up-selling techniques when appropriate Handle emergency calls immediately, relaying comprehensive and accurate information Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation Attend necessary training courses Have knowledge of all hotel services, local attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity Follow company brand standards Assist other departments as needed What are we looking for Ideal candidates will have: A positive attitude and good communication skills, especially over the phone A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service The ability to work independently and as part of a team Competent IT skills What will it be like to work for Hilton Hilton is a leading global hospitality company, offering a range of accommodations from luxury hotels and resorts to extended-stay suites and mid-priced hotels.
