This role ensures providers meet all UAE regulatory, payer, and facility requirements for medical billing and reimbursement. The position is project-based and ideal for professionals seeking flexible, remote work arrangements. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Complete credentialing and re-credentialing applications for healthcare providers with UAE insurance companies and regulatory authorities as required. Maintain and update provider documentation, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare standards. Liaise with providers, insurance payers, and regulatory bodies to resolve credentialing issues and expedite approvals. Track and manage credentialing project timelines, communicating progress and requirements to stakeholders. Support medical billing teams by verifying provider eligibility for claims submission. Respond promptly to credentialing-related queries from clients or providers. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all credentialing records. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in provider credentialing and medical billing, preferably within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance payer requirements. Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects independently. Proficient with credentialing and billing software, as well as standard office applications. Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Ability to work remotely and deliver results within agreed timelines. Compensation: Payment on a per-project or hourly basis, as agreed per assignment. No fixed salary; compensation is based on the scope and complexity of each engagement.
