Location: Remote – MENA region preferred Start Date: ASAP Type: Freelance or part-time (with potential to grow) About Me I’m a digital creator with a combined audience of over 1.1 million followers across You Tube (700K+), Instagram (350K+), and Tik Tok (92K+), focused on wellness, self-development, and transformational education. I’m looking for a dedicated Influencer Talent Manager to help me monetize and grow my brand through meaningful partnerships and long-term collaborations. Responsibilities: Proactively pitch and secure brand deals, sponsorships, and paid campaigns across You Tube, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Manage inbound requests and negotiate rates, deliverables, and contracts . Build and maintain a brand outreach tracker , campaign calendar, and reporting system. Represent me in communication with brands, PR agencies, and media buyers. Source opportunities for speaking, digital campaigns, licensing, and events aligned with my brand. Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or talent management . Strong connections in lifestyle, wellness, beauty, conscious brands , or education. Confident in negotiating and closing high-value deals . Detail-oriented, strategic, and highly communicative. Wants to focus on growing one creator's brand with care, creativity, and consistency. Bonus: Existing network in MENA, Europe, or global wellness/luxury sectors . Compensation: Commission-based (10–20%) per deal with potential for a monthly retainer.
