Connecting Talent with Opportunity for Organizational Growth Digital Marketing Manager Dubai About the Company Our client is a leading and iconic landmark and a major hub for business, trade, and events in the Middle East. About the Role Support the Marketing Line Manager in executing digital marketing initiatives in alignment with the overall Marketing and Communications strategy, to drive the business objectives across all Business Units—excluding Events Management. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including website management, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, analytics, and tactical campaign delivery. Ensure all activities align with defined objectives, adhere to timelines, and remain within budget, while focusing on optimizing performance and measuring conversions. Digital Marketing Management: SEM Campaigns Marketing Administration & Control Support Performance Management What are we looking for? Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Digital Marketing , Communications , Advertising , or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in a digital agency environment, preferably servicing local clients in the events , real estate , or free zone industries. Prior exposure to Dubai Government entities is a strong advantage. Technical Skills & Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices, including: Web Platform SEO / SEM Social Media Marketing Email Marketing Content Marketing Digital Advertising Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms and tools such as: Google Ads Google Analytics (including GA4) Social media management tools Proficiency in MS Office , especially: Word Excel Power Point Knowledge of HTML , CSS , and basic web design principles is a plus. Experience with content management systems (e.g., Umbraco ) is an added advantage. Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Arabic language skills are a strong advantage.
