With a strong presence in Dubai and plans for expansion, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee our finance operations across various jurisdictions. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead our financial operations, optimize cash flow, and ensure compliance with VAT and corporate tax laws in the Middle East. This role is vital for shaping Pluto's financial strategy, enhancing reporting, and scaling our finance functions as we grow. Key Responsibilities Oversee Pluto's financial operations , ensuring effective cash flow management, financial planning, and expense control. Develop and implement financial models to analyze performance, improve forecasting, and support strategic decisions. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) , ensuring timely collections and payments. Ensure compliance with VAT, corporate tax laws, and regional financial regulations , including accurate and timely tax filings. Collaborate with bookkeepers and teams from other entities, including KSA, USA, and others. Lead, mentor, and grow the finance and accounting team , enhancing processes and reporting standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports , providing insights to senior leadership for growth and efficiency. Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners to ensure transparency and compliance. Implement cost-saving measures and optimize spending policies to support efficient financial operations. Monitor financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain security and compliance. Oversee payroll and related financial activities , ensuring legal and policy adherence. Role Requirements Experience working with multinational group holdings across multiple jurisdictions . Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, or ACCA preferred). At least 5 years of financial management experience , ideally in Saa S, fintech, or high-growth tech companies. Deep knowledge of Middle East VAT, corporate tax laws, and compliance . Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management . Leadership experience in managing and scaling finance teams , with a focus on automation. Proficiency with financial management software, ERP, and spend management tools (familiarity with Pluto is a plus).
