As the SVP of Technology, you will spearhead the development and execution of a forward-thinking technology strategy across the organisation. This is a pivotal C-suite role, ideal for a dynamic leader ready to make a lasting impact. You will: Define and drive the group’s technology vision, aligning with business objectives. Lead strategic initiatives to integrate cutting-edge technologies, with a strong emphasis on AI and emerging innovations. Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver transformative solutions that enhance operational excellence. Foster a culture of innovation, ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of technological advancements. We’re searching for a visionary leader with a proven track record in technology strategy. Ideal candidates will have: Extensive experience as a CTO, CIO, Engineering Lead, or Technology Strategist, with a clear path toward C-suite leadership. Deep expertise in AI and modern technologies, with the ability to translate complex concepts into strategic business outcomes. A strategic mindset, ideally honed at a top-tier technology or consulting firm (a strong advantage). Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the board level. A passion for driving innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Competitive Salary : AED 115,000–125,000 per month.
