Overview of the role : Manage F&I Sales and process of a designated Sales Team within the dealer network. Achieve sales revenue targets set by the Account Relationship Manager / Dealer Principal. Work with dealer sales management in achieving income and revenue targets, providing weekly/monthly F&I reports. Assist in the sale of maximum number of new and used vehicles. Optimize sales of Value-Added Products (VAP). Promote RV-based products (Drive-on Leasing, Retail Leasing) and in-house finance, conventional, and Islamic finance products through partner banks. Handle GFV / Lease end Trade Cycle Management (TCM), including solicitation and retention of customers. Maximize car sales and F&I income. Ensure all processes and products comply with company and Central Bank regulations, including KYC, compliance, and anti-money laundering policies. Prioritize customer engagement and ensure excellent customer service. Record all customer data accurately onto Connect / Center Point systems. Own end-to-end F&I performance and results. Manage documentation flow between AFF Hub and Brand. Collaborate with dealer sales management to meet all targets set by AFF and Brands. What you will do : Demonstrate skills, knowledge, and controls required to manage the overall sales process. Work with the Dealer Principal / Sales Manager to grow F&I revenue. Adhere to F&I SOPs to meet expected IPU / 10K & F&I KPIs for the Brands / Branch. Ensure customers are well-informed and focused on closing unit sales and F&I products. Provide a warm, transparent, and personalized buying experience in line with Al-Futtaim values. Maintain full compliance in all customer interactions with banks, finance, and leasing processes. Spend quality time with customers, asking relevant questions and recording responses accurately to recommend suitable vehicles and products. Conduct daily meetings with Sales Managers to review vehicle and product sales, and assist in training new Sales Executives. Coach Sales Executives on presenting offers to customers. Second face customers upon request before they leave the showroom. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty. Act as a consultant for the brand team at the showroom level. Stay informed about competitors’ products through mystery shopping and data collection from competitors’ showrooms.
