Job Description PWM Contract Opportunity Location: UAE Dubai Objectives Post award end-to-end management of equipment/packages orders for PF Project deliveries, including related instrumentation free issue items, ship loose items, spare parts, and services (inspection, FAT, and commissioning as per the project execution plan, including logistics for delivery to site). Equipment/package project lead between supplier and OPF various functions (P&S/Execution/Engineering/Construction/Quality/Logistics/Completion/Commissioning) as required during various project stages. On-site presence during equipment delivery, testing, and commissioning if/as required. Key indicators: On-time delivery to construction site as per the project execution plan, product quality to improve service level, budget adherence, PO good receipts (GR) closure, CMS/Man hours, PMO KPIs. Activities Procurement/Sourcing: Participate in supplier selection and auditing process in conjunction with the category manager for critical packages as required. Take handover of PO/Contract from sourcing specialist, organize KOM with supplier, client (if required), and internal departments (engineering, quality, planning, construction, etc.). Carry out contract review and continuously monitor & execute the contract with respect to supplier performance. Provide visibility on physical purchase order status to PF Project Supply Manager (PSM)/PF Project Supply Lead (PSL). Own and manage the MOC process for the package based on engineering inputs, ensure all CORs are valid from the supplier, negotiate the CORs to maximize savings and minimize impact to project P&L & delivery. Manage Good Receipt quarantine returns processes for all purchase orders. Management of supplier warranty claim notifications, track recharges. Execution/Controls: Review and establish delivery schedules of POs, ensure integration into overall project schedule. Receive/validate progress reporting from suppliers, consolidate in project reporting, conduct weekly calls for technical design clarification, progress validation, and procurement updates. Review Vendor Document Register List (VDRL) & technical documentation, establish VDRL and issuance dates with engineering. Coordinate onsite supplier support for installation, testing, and commissioning. Interface management: coordinate with vendor-related interfaces, including design responsibility matrix. Quality: Coordinate with Project Quality Manager to meet delivery and quality objectives. Conduct inspections, identify NCRs, communicate deviations, follow up with suppliers for remedial actions, monitor supplier performance trends. Logistics: Liaise with Logistics Coordinator to ensure shipping documentation accuracy and timely equipment collection, manage local and international freight, packaging, lifting, and anchoring design/execution. Interfaces Prior experience in project management, scheduling, engineering, logistics, quality, risk management, supplier management, project interface, freight forwarding, document control, and client/end-user interactions. Skillset Ability to interpret technical drawings, project plans, and manufacturing schedules. Manage budgets, lead teams, work autonomously, and make fast decisions. Strong analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Over 7 years of experience in sourcing, planning, or project execution, with prior work in production facilities or EPC projects. Knowledge of contract management, logistics, and supplier evaluation. Experience with fabrication, rotating equipment, electrical packages, expediting, audits, and SAP is a plus. Processes Purchase order management, supplier quality management, logistics coordination, route survey, package transportation, loading/lifting planning, project reporting, risk assessment, warranty management, interface management, document control, and digital ecosystem integration.
