Key Responsibilities : Engage with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice on banking products and services. Promote and cross-sell retail banking solutions such as savings accounts, term deposits, loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products. Identify and refer complex financial needs to appropriate specialists (e.g., mortgage, investment, or business banking teams). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, market trends, and regulatory changes. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally. Meet individual and branch-level sales targets while maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure KYC / AML compliance. Requirements : Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in banking, financial advisory, or sales roles. Strong understanding of banking products and services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative sales skills. Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital banking tools. High attention to detail and knowledge of compliance requirements. Preferred Qualifications : Certifications such as IRDA, AMFI, NISM, or CFP are advantageous.
