If you have 5+ years of experience and expertise in Revit, Auto CAD, and BIM , we want you to work on iconic projects in Dubai ! Key Responsibilities Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects in Dubai . Create detailed construction drawings, 3D models, and BIM documentation using Revit & Auto CAD . Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and international standards. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects. Conduct site inspections and supervise construction progress. Requirements Bachelor's/Master's in Architecture (UAE-recognized university).5+ years of experience in an architecture firm (Dubai/GCC experience preferred).Must know: Auto CAD (2D & 3D) Revit (BIM mandatory) Sketch Up / 3ds Max (for 3D visualization) Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator for presentations)Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes (DM, DCD, Trakhees).Excellent project management & communication skills . Preferred Skills (Bonus) Experience with sustainable design (LEED, Estidama, WELL Building Standard) . Knowledge of parametric design (Rhino, Grasshopper) .
