This includes planning, coordinating, and executing the movement, storage, and distribution of materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Key Responsibilities Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage logistics plans, including site setup, access routes, and laydown areas. Coordinate movement of materials, equipment, and personnel. Manage site traffic and access control. Supply Chain Management: Oversee procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. Manage inventory levels and negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms.
