Carpenter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter specializing in Wood and Gypsum Ceiling installation to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing wooden structures and gypsum ceiling systems with precision and high-quality standards. This role requires excellent carpentry skills, a good eye for detail, and the ability to follow blueprints and project specifications. Key Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install wooden frames and structures for ceilings, including those designed for gypsum board installation Install, finish, and maintain gypsum ceilings, including securing drywall or plasterboard and ensuring proper fitting and alignment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans to determine specifications Use hand and power tools to complete ceiling installations and other carpentry work Ensure ceiling installations meet safety standards and regulations Perform necessary finishing tasks such as sanding, painting, or sealing wood and gypsum surfaces Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design changes or installation challenges Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are in good condition Adhere to safety procedures and regulations to ensure the safety of all team members #J-18808-Ljbffr
