Master of Commerce, Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant, CA Inter Nationality: Indian, Nepali, Sri Lankan Vacancy Job Description Prepare, maintain, and update financial records, ledgers, and statements in accordance with UAE regulations. Create regular financial reports and forecasts to support management decision-making. Conduct monthly and annual bank reconciliations and client account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Maintain accurate records for all transactions across both Deira Gold Souq and Meena Bazar branches. Oversee and manage VAT filing in line with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines. Prepare and submit Corporate Tax filings in accordance with the latest UAE Corporate Tax framework. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company’s compliance. Audit & Regulatory Reporting: Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits. Prepare periodic reports for regulatory authorities as required. Ensure compliance with financial regulations specific to the gold and precious metals industry in the GCC region. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and potential risks. Assist management with budget planning and financial forecasting to support strategic business decisions. Advise senior management on cost control measures and profitability improvements . Work closely with the sales, procurement, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial data flow across departments. Collaborate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when necessary. Work Timings: Regular Working Hours: 10: 30 AM to 9: 30 PM Holiday: Sunday (Full Day) Break Time: 2-hour lunch break (timing as per shift schedule) Work Location: Head office in Deira Gold Souq with visits to Meena Bazar branch as required. Desired Candidate Profile Qualifications: Must hold a valid Chartered Accountant (CA) certificate, Certified Management Accountant (CMA) qualification, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience within the gold, silver, or precious metals industry in the GCC region .Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax laws , and experience handling tax compliance.Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel .Strong analytical and communication skills.Fluency in English and Hindi (additional proficiency in Arabic, or Urdu is a plus). #J-18808-Ljbffr
