You will work closely with stakeholders to develop strategic sales plans that align with the company's overall objectives. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet predetermined targets and goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Conduct market research to identify new trends and areas for growth within the FMCG sector. Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for management review and decision-making. Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's brand and offerings. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of sales and negotiation techniques and methodologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools. Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions effectively. Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours when necessary.
