Inspector Architecture

General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections of architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and project standards. Monitor construction activities including finishes faade works interior fitouts and structural elements. Identify and report any nonconformances or discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions. Assist in reviewing shop drawings material submittals and method statements related to architectural works. Prepare inspection reports maintain accurate documentation and record progress onsite. Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and other project stakeholders to resolve technical and quality issues. Ensure adherence to local regulations safety standards and quality assurance procedures. Attend project and coordination meetings to discuss progress and address concerns. Assist in the final inspection and handover process including preparing snag lists and verifying rectification works. Qualifications Experience Knowledge and Skills: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Architecture Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural inspection on largescale construction projects preferably within the UAE. Familiarity with building codes construction practices and quality control procedures. Proficiency in inspection tools and software (e.g. Auto CAD MS Office). Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
