Ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions with existing business systems and processes. Provide technical guidance and support throughout all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle. Develop and execute comprehensive system testing plans to guarantee software quality. Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and dependencies. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams for successful implementation. Train and support end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Monitor system performance and provide ongoing recommendations for optimizations. Keep abreast of ERP software updates and trends to maintain system effectiveness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience implementing ERP systems in a similar role is essential. Strong knowledge of ERP software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members. Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Experience with database management and basic coding skills are beneficial. Proficiency in developing testing plans to ensure software meets business needs. Adaptability and a proactive approach to staying current with industry trends.
