Revenue Growth & Partnerships: Build and manage key relationships with affiliates, institutional partners, and local stakeholders to drive business development and revenue. P&L Management: Own the country's Profit & Loss performance, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability. Regulatory Engagement: Act as the company's main liaison with financial regulators. Ensure all operations meet legal, licensing, and compliance standards in Dubai. Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, lead, and inspire a cross-functional local team across sales, marketing, compliance, and customer support. Foster a culture of accountability and performance.
