Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and interactive Computer Science lessons following the school's curriculum and standards. Develop and implement creative teaching strategies to inspire a love for computer science and foster critical thinking. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Ensure continuity in curriculum delivery. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs. Foster an inclusive classroom culture encouraging curiosity and exploration. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and communicate with parents about student progress. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor of Education degree or an initial degree with a relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, PGDE) in Computer Science/ICT. Proven experience teaching Computer Science at high school level, preferably within an American/IB curriculum. Strong knowledge of inquiry-based and hands-on Computer Science education. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A desire for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding teaching experiences. Additional Notes: Interviews will be conducted face-to-face or via Zoom.
