We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our global Marketing team from our Dubai office to drive our brand presence and follower growth across various social channels, creating dynamic strategies for our internal brands. This role will report directly to the Head of Brand. You’ll manage campaigns across multiple platforms and collaborate with designers, copywriters, events teams and content creators to deliver engaging, strategic and performance-driven content. Responsibilities Manage monthly content tailored to each social media platform (like Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, etc.) for Equiti and its sub-brands. This includes creating a clear calendar 4 weeks ahead for pre-scheduled content, ensuring delivery or updating stakeholders if the calendar needs amends. Jump on trending topics and conversations to help the brand be seen and talked about more. Keep up with social media rules—especially for paid ads and financial content—so nothing gets taken down or affects advertising. Work closely with designers and writers to create content that looks good, sounds right, and matches the brand’s personality. Make sure everything posted supports the bigger marketing goals and feels consistent across all channels. Growth & Performance Use tools like Meta dashboards and Hootsuite to track how audiences are growing and how posts are doing - improving future strategies based on what works. Review results every month and quarter to adjust the approach and grow the brand's audience. Stay up to date with social media trends and share new ideas with the team regarding high-performing content types, influencer strategies or other methods. Keep an eye on competitors to find ways for Equiti to stand out. Bring energy, positivity, and a “let’s win” mindset to everything. Help manage relationships with internal staekholders and occasionally outside partners, especially for events or sponsorships. Talk to followers online—reply to comments and build trust with the community. Be organised and work well with other teams (like Market Analysts, HR, Compliance and Events) to make sure posts are accurate and on-brand. Protect the company’s reputation online by being careful, clear, and consistent in what’s shared. Key Skills Needed Confident using social media tools and analysing post performance. Great communicator and team player. Loves using data to improve results. Positive, driven, and able to handle a fast-moving role. Experience Requirements 1-3 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, managing multi-platform social strategies. Genuine interest for channel trends across Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Snapchat, and Telegram. Bonus but not essential: Experience in Arabic and English social media. Proven track record of delivering aggressive follower growth through organic strategies.
