Jr. Proposals Engineer (HSE department)

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about engineering consultancy? Join our growing HSE division at Dome as a Junior Proposals Engineer , where you'll play a key role in supporting the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for major clients in the region. Responsibilities: Review RFQs and tender documents to define proposal strategies. Prepare and compile technical and commercial proposals with support from senior engineers. Draft costing sheets and issue inquiries to subcontractors. Coordinate with internal teams and manage all submission timelines. Support client communication, tender clarifications, and follow-ups. Maintain organized documentation and contribute to continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 3 years of experience in proposal development, preferably within an HSE consultancy. Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills. Proactive team player with an eye for detail.
