Head of Sales & Marketing (Automotive) - Western The Head of Sales & Marketing role will cover the South Asia region based from Dubai. The role reports to the President of the South Asia region. This is a strategic role in the building of future business for the geographical area by setting vision, strategies, policies and processes for Sales & Marketing; ensuring its implementation to achieve the overall regions business objectives both short and long term. This role owns the product and marketing strategy of multi-brands for all the countries under South Asia region. Core Responsibilities: Achievement of the regions business objectives Setting Vision, Strategies, Policies & Processes Ownership of all Sales & Marketing Prepare, Monitor & Review Business Strategy, Business Plan and overall P&L Business Intelligence Audit Plan & organize Exhibitions & Roadshows Qualification & Experience: Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar position University degree in Marketing and/or Business Administration Excellent Communications, people management and presentation skills, coaching abilities.
