Account Manager - Abu Dhabi (Arabic Speaker)

Conduct business reviews with accounts to identify opportunities that increase revenue, profitability, and market share. Maintain ongoing relationships with clients/restaurants and provide excellent service to resolve operational issues. Ensure client menus are always up-to-date. Optimize restaurant content (MOA, Delivery time). Renegotiate commission rates by renewing contacts and offering new deals. Advertisement sales: Acquire and maintain brand menu pictures, branding Talabat stickers at restaurants, banners, and newsletters. Generate food coupons, promotions, and vouchers from existing restaurants. Encourage clients/restaurants to promote Talabat branding. Optimize transmission methods by convincing clients/restaurants to implement track order features and switch to WLA. Promote digitalization (Backlinks, Splash pages, White-label, Facebook button). Encourage restaurants to subscribe to online payment gateways. Coordinate with restaurants to ensure their active status on Talabat and resolve any issues like shutdowns or stops in delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, including: Closed sales Follow-up activities Sales increases after promotions, vouchers, and coupons Account management reports Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 2 to 4 years of relevant experience or holding similar titles Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to develop solutions Residency in or relocation to Abu Dhabi is required Fluency in Arabic is required Customer-oriented, adaptable, and flexible.
