Job Title: Full Stack Developer MERN + .NET (Next.js, Firebase, SQL Server) - Dubai Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled and adaptable Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience across MERN Stack, .NET Core, and modern front-end frameworks like Next.js. The ideal candidate will possess deep proficiency in both Java Script-based technologies and Microsofts .NET ecosystem. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy building scalable, secure, and performant web applications from front to back. Key Skills : Develop and maintain modern web applications using React, Next.js, and .NET. Design and implement REST APIs using Node.js/Express and .NET Web API. Build reusable components and libraries for front-end use. Integrate and manage databases including Mongo DB, Firebase, and SQL Server. Implement authentication, authorization, and user management features. Optimize application performance and scalability for real-world usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and Dev Ops. Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews. Troubleshoot issues, debug across stacks, and deploy updates in CI/CD environments. Core Technical Skills: Frontend (React & Next.js): Expertise in React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux). Experience with Next.js for SSR, dynamic routing, and API routes. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS/Bootstrap, and responsive design. Familiar with modern tooling like Vite and Webpack. Backend (Node.js & Express): Experience in building RESTful APIs using Express.js. Strong in async programming, middleware, and error handling patterns. Implementation of JWT-based auth and role-based access control. Database & Realtime: Mongo DB and Firebase (Realtime DB / Firestore) hands-on experience. Strong knowledge of SQL Server including joins, indexing, and stored procedures. .NET Stack: Solid experience in .NET Core / .NET Framework. Proficient in C#, Web API, LINQ, and Entity Framework. Familiar with MVC architecture and background job services. Key Skills: Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities. Passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams.
