Director of Information Technology

Job Title: Managing Director - Technology - Digital Channels Location: UAE Industry: Financial Services Job Purpose: Define the blue print to evolve towards a converged one bank platform model (common channels, APIs, systems of differentiation, systems of record, systems of risk) AND own the delivery to the businesses. Build fully functional, high performance delivery teams aligned to each LOB (Corporate, Investment, Retail & Wealth) to deliver E2E business solutions Works closely with Business heads deliver their product roadmap aligned to their business strategies Bring in deep Industry & Technology experience, bridging the gap between Business & IT - contributing to more efficient ways of delivering solutions. For Example, optimizing process inefficiencies / redundancies as part of Transformation, unlocking value in Data within bank's legacy systems Build cross business lines synergies, optimizing total cost of ownership & increasing enterprise agility via reusing of tech & business services Build cross-business foundational business services that cut's across multiple LOB while leveraging Bank's Engineering practice on technology foundations Requirements: Must have vast experience within Banking technology Proven leadership experience Deep understanding on emerging technologies and best practices 17+ years of experience Degree Educated *Only shortlisted candidates will be conatcted* #J-18808-Ljbffr
