Sales grew tremendously in the past year with the launch ofthe Take Off Foil assist, and will continue in 2025. Our products are composed of main units (lithium batteries, battery management system, electronic speed control,bluetooth receiver) powering motors mounted with a propeller, that helps surfers start on flat water and navigate tocatch waves. They control the propeller speed from a blue remote control in their hands. Position overview Based in Dubai at our head office & production facility, you will be managing the worldwide aftersales process, ensuringthat customers get back on their boards as soon as possible, and supporting different projects for R&D or local maintenance. The after-sales process composes of receiving customers enquiries, exchanging with them to understand the root (viaemails, Whats App or video calls) and providing them with a solution (sending a replacement part, or a video on how torepair by themselves). Requirements Engineering background to master the product technicality and be able to provide feedback to R&D. Customer centric focus is a must, as well as strong communication skills, empathy and patience, to help customers in the smoothest way possible. Key responsibilities Receive, assess, and categorize aftersales inquiries to ensure efficient resolution and escalation when necessary.Engage with customers across multiple communication channels (Whats App, Email, Google Meet, and in-person)to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Create comprehensive support documentation, including instructional videos, step-by-step procedures, and troubleshooting guides, to enhance customer self-service capabilities. Develop partnerships with third-party service providers to expand after sales support, maintaining an inventory of commonly used spare parts for rapid response to customer needs locally. Collaborate with the R&D team to provide feedback based on real-world customer experiences. Assist the R&D team in prototyping and testing new technologies, leveraging local3D printing, shape scanning, and other advanced fabrication techniques to validate product innovations. Provide hands-on support for local aftersales service tasks, including the repair and maintenance of electronic components such as mast heads and remote-control systems.
