Senior Integration Developer - Java/JEE/Spring, Docker, Kubernetes or Open Shift We have an urgent requirement for a Senior Integration Developer - Java/JEE/Spring, Docker, Kubernetes or Open Shift for one of our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Experience: 12 years + 30 days or below joiners Minimum Qualifications: Strong 12+ years of software development experience with Java/JEE/Spring development frameworks is a MUST. Strong experience in designing large scale distributed systems is a MUST. Strong experience in implementation of Microservices, container and cloud-native application development is a MUST. Strong experience on Agile working in Scrum and/or Kanban models is a MUST. Strong experience in Docker, Kubernetes or Open Shift is a MUST. Strong experience on two or more database technologies such as Oracle, My SQL, Postgres, or Mongo DB is a MUST. At least one certification in TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, or GCP Solutions Architect is a MUST. Responsibilities: Advocate for improvements to product quality, security, and performance that impact your team and others. Solve technical problems of the highest scope and complexity for your team. Exert significant influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of your team. Shepherd the definition and improvement of internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale backend environment. Interact with customers and external stakeholders as a consultant and spokesperson for your team's work. Provide mentorship for all Engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities. Confidently ship large features and improvements with minimal guidance. Mentor teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner. Collaborate and decide on engineering work based on the organization's engineering strategy. Evaluate and create new product features in collaboration with the product team.
