Graphic & Web Designer

We are looking for a Creative Graphics Designer having expertise in Conceptualizing and Creating effective Designs for various platforms i.e. marketing materials, including websites, social media, print collateral, advertisements, and branding materials. Essential Functions: Experience in Design and content writing for Digital marketing, social media campaigns, SEO, multimedia / AV production & editing for digital platforms etc. Design and create A/V ads for digital platforms. Working actively with web developer to place company websites in # 1 rankings on all digital platforms. Creating Graphics and Content Increasing Digital Brand awareness. Creating, maintaining and updating company website designs UI/ UX periodically. Create & Update all social media and digital platform accounts on regular basis. Support and manage SEO to ensure we continuously improve our search engine rankings. Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule. Identify trends and insights, perform tests, collect and analyze data and results to accomplish maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Analyze website analytics, PPC initiatives and campaigns effectively. Optimize landing pages for search engine advertising by conducting keyword discovery and other optimization tasks. Research and execute search engine optimization suggestions. Research and analyze competitor advertising links. Write effective SEO friendly content for blogs, journals, websites and social media accounts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphics Design. 1-2 years of experience as designer in digital marketing at an agency or company is MUST. Portfolio of work in design is MUST. Experience creating creative content for Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and Twitter on a professional level. Must have skills audio / video presentations for social media platforms. Experience in creating digital and print marketing collaterals. The ability to create and maintain company website. The ability to monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and create content for various social media platforms at an agency or brand. Possesses strong attention to detail and time management skills, and an ability to balance the priorities and needs of multiple time-sensitive projects, along with the ability to proof all deliverables. Proficiency with Adobe package and In Design is strongly preferred. Strong research skills to keep up with industry trends and provide strategic recommendations.
