We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition efforts across our group of schools (Bridge Education). This role will focus on driving qualified admissions leads through paid and organic channels, using data-driven strategies tailored to our diverse portfolio of schools, each with unique curricula, positioning, and fee structures. You will oversee all aspects of paid search, paid social, SEO, and digital lead funnel optimization, supporting both high-volume lead generation for affordable schools and targeted campaigns for premium schools. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across PPC (Google/Bing), paid social (Meta, Instagram, Linked In), and SEO to generate high-quality enrolment leads. Customize campaign approaches for schools with different curriculum offerings (e.g., Indian, IB) and fee brackets. Coordinate with the Admissions and School Marketing teams to align campaign messaging with local school context and open days/events. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization Build and manage marketing funnels to maximize conversion from click to inquiry, tour booking, and application. Set up and maintain UTM tracking, landing pages, and lead forms optimized for each campaign and school type. SEO & Web Presence Oversee the SEO strategy to increase organic search visibility for each school. Collaborate with web and content teams to ensure school websites are optimized for speed, mobile, and local search relevance. Reporting & Insights Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM data. Create dashboards and performance reports to share insights with school heads, admissions teams, and senior leadership. Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring a strong return on ad spend across the group. Oversee digital marketing agencies or freelancers, ensuring quality execution and performance. Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation. Prior experience in the education sector or a multi-brand environment is highly desirable. Proven success managing PPC and paid social campaigns across diverse audiences. Strong working knowledge of SEO tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics. Experience with CRM and lead management platforms (e.g., Hub Spot). Ability to work across multiple brands with differing objectives and positioning. Preferred Qualifications Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. Experience in marketing international schools or educational institutions. Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-informed decision-making. Familiarity with school admissions cycles and parent decision-making behavior.
