We are a company specialized in the design, fabrication, and installation of Floating Marinas, currently seeking an experienced Senior Marine Project Engineer. Responsibilities Manage the entire project from design to commissioning with extensive experience in the Marine sector. Oversee project management of marine construction, including marinas, civil & structural works, and Mechanical & Electrical (ME) systems. Monitor and guide contractors to ensure compliance with the HSE Plan. Manage safety and environmental performance of all personnel on site, achieving project safety and environmental targets. Ensure safety is integrated into all construction planning and processes. Familiarity with construction work, permit procedures, and statutory requirements. Ensure accountability of employees and subcontractors. Ensure all work is completed according to the Project Quality Plan. Execute construction plans through detailed planning and daily supervision of field activities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Naval Architecture engineering. Minimum 10 years of marine onshore experience, including dredging, piling, breakwaters, jetties, port construction, quay walls, etc. Candidates willing to relocate to Umm Al Quwain are welcome to apply.
