The ideal candidate will have a strong background in affiliate marketing , relationship management , and performance optimization , ensuring the growth and success of our affiliate partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize the affiliate program to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance , providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with business goals. Negotiate commission structures and incentive programs to maximize affiliate engagement. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Stay updated on trends in affiliate marketing and online gaming to maintain a competitive edge. Desired Candidate Profile Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in affiliate marketing , preferably in the online gaming industry . Skills: Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Knowledge: Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing strategies . Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate.
