Application Specialist

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Application Specialist with 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate excels in problem-solving, thrives in collaborative team settings, and has strong communication skills. We are looking for someone with: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in CRM Knowledge of Microsoft and Azure, e.g., Dynamics 365 CE Experience with Power Platform: Power Automate, Canvas apps, PCF components Knowledge of Azure services: Integrations, Keyvault, Azure functions Fluent in English; Arabic skills are a plus Academic degree in a relevant field Preferably SAFe certification Responsibilities: Implementation: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs. Development: Use Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages to develop custom solutions. Dev Ops: Apply Dev Ops practices within an Agile framework to streamline development, testing, and deployment. CRM Expertise: Provide insights and solutions for CRM challenges, working closely with clients. Participate in Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to SAFe practices. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to users. Requirements: Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (D365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages) Experience with Dev Ops, Jira, and related practices Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe Knowledge of tools used for Dynamics 365 and their scenarios Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist Certification Additional Qualities: We value team players who are eager to learn, driven, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
