The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing payroll implementation projects and acting as the primary point of contact for program management activities for clients and Mercans teams. This role involves leading multiple payroll implementation teams and executing global payroll projects across various geographies and clients. The Program Manager ensures the successful delivery of projects within established timelines and methodologies, and manages key stakeholder relationships, including briefings with client executive teams. Key Responsibilities: Implementation Projects – Target Achievement: Ensure new accounts are implemented within the agreed timeframe, achieving 100% go-live targets. Project Plan Adherence: Achieve all key milestones on schedule, ensuring no drop-offs from the implementation team. Budget vs. Cost Analysis: Maintain and analyze budget vs. actual costs for each project, ensuring positive financial outcomes. Quality Control: Attain a 90% CSAT score, reflecting clients' satisfaction with the implementation process. Transition to Service: Facilitate smooth transition to Managed Services or Client teams within 3 months post-hypercare, and ensure 100% client retention from implementation through 12 months post-go-live. Budget & Billing: Ensure timely billing and prevent revenue leakage. Change Management: Adhere strictly to change management processes based on scope. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing global program management methodologies. Minimum Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience managing and leading global payroll implementation projects. At least 5 years in upper management roles, preferably in program management. Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven knowledge of project management processes and best practices. Experience managing remote teams and challenging projects. Highly motivated, energetic, adaptable to change, and able to work extended hours when needed. High stress tolerance. Project management certification (PMI/CAPM or PMP, PRINCE2). #J-18808-Ljbffr
