Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Trainee to join our Internal Audit team. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Participate in implementing and executing departmental directives, tasks, initiatives, and programs. Suggest new ideas and initiatives to improve departmental efficiency and effectiveness. Develop a thorough understanding of company processes, services, and products. Follow departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy. Engage with other departments and take on new tasks to understand the full scope of the organization. Enter data, maintain databases, and organize electronic documents collaboratively across departments. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support report and presentation development. Analyze existing systems and processes, offering suggestions for improvements. Work on assigned projects and present findings to team members or senior leaders. Participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback. Assist in creating weekly and monthly reports as needed. Required Qualifications and Skills: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and team spirit. Outstanding time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Critical and innovative thinking to develop solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
