SENIOR SUPERVISOR - MEP

Job Title: SENIOR SUPERVISOR - MEP (240001EL) Description To assist operational teams in planning, organising, directing and supervising the works in the appropriate operational departments to ensure smooth operation of all Mechanical & Electrical installations and associated equipment and that all equipment is maintained to the highest achievable standard with minimum downtime. Responsibilities Effectively undertake the general tasks assigned. Maintain good relationships with clients. Strictly follow instructions from superiors. Ensure safety of private/public property during operations. Report any matters of concern to immediate superiors. Wear all work-related PPE while on duty. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle when deployed. Assist the driver when deployed on vehicles. Keep up the reputation of the Company at all times. Conduct site surveys and inspections. Perform cost analysis and production of estimates for new projects and existing facilities. Plan manpower effectively. Quantify resources. Plan projects accordingly. Liaise with 3rd party personnel in the execution of Imdaad contracts. Perform clerical duties to meet job requirements and adhere to all current company procedures. Assist in the production of periodic reports as required by the Operational Managers. Familiarize with all MEP equipment and systems within the facilities managed by Imdaad. Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with operations policies. Qualifications Education/Qualifications 3-year Diploma in the relevant trade OR 2-year relevant trade certification (ITI). Good computer literacy with MS Office. Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage. Ability to work under pressure. Experience 3-year diploma - 5 years of experience in the relevant trade. 2-year trade certification (ITI) – 8-10 years of experience. Preferably having experience in Refrigeration, Air conditioning, Mechanical / Electrical Services installation.
