Business Analyst - Digital Transformation

Position : Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Company : Aramco – Global Energy Innovator You’ll play a key role in shaping digital solutions by defining business requirements, supporting solution design, and aligning user needs with technological capabilities to drive innovation in downstream operations. Key Responsibilities : Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions. Contribute to ideation, design sprints, and user interviews to shape product features. Support the product owner in defining user stories, functionalities, and acceptance criteria. Benchmark industry best practices and identify synergies across digital initiatives. Act as part of the PMO and support strategic steering of digital projects. Translate business needs into actionable and well-documented software requirements. Requirements : 1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 2. 15+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas downstream sector, with at least 10 years in digital solution development. 3. Strong experience in gathering and defining requirements, writing user stories, and facilitating user-centric design processes. 4.
