Architectural Draftsman

HIRE Consultancy is looking for an Architectural Draftsman on behalf of our client; We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsman to support our design and technical teams in delivering high-quality architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both manual and digital drafting tools and a keen eye for detail, design accuracy, and spatial coordination. Responsibilities: Interpret project scope and design requirements with a thorough understanding of architectural and interior standards. Develop precise 2D and 3D technical drawings using Auto CAD, Revit, or similar computer-aided design (CAD) software. Translate freehand sketches, mood boards, and conceptual drawings from interior designers into technical documents. Produce full drawing packages from concept to detailed design, including: Architectural Plans MEP Coordination Drawings Elevations and Sections Joinery and Door Schedules Specialty and Technical Details Prepare multiple design iterations for internal and client review. Revise and update drawings in response to feedback, design changes, or technical input. Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and designers to meet project milestones. Maintain awareness of building codes, technical standards, and best practices in detailing and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in architectural drafting; 10+ years preferred. Proficient in CAD and Revit software; knowledge of BIM standards is a plus. Strong understanding of architectural and interior detailing . Excellent communication skills to liaise with project managers, design teams, and consultants. Ability to interpret complex design concepts and translate them into clear, technical documentation. Self-motivated, with a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and design sensitivity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
