Telecalling Executive- Real Estate sales
Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through effective communication skills. Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals. Preferred candidate profile 1-2 years of experience in Real Estate telecalling or related field (outbound calling, sales, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Confident in handling international clients across time zones. Organized, proactive and target-driven with a pleasure phone manner. Familiarity with basic CRM or call tracking tools (or willingness to learn).
