Mission & Responsibilities As an ambassador for our Maison, you will inspire, lead, shape, and develop teams to ensure this objective is delivered seamlessly, positioning the Beauty Consultant at the heart of client relationships. You will possess strong relationship-building and influencing skills, ensuring collaboration and team integration to fulfill this mission. You will embody and transmit the brand’s values to clients and employees. Reporting to the Retail Director, you will plan and manage the achievement of sales objectives, ensure excellence in client experience, and implement strategies set by management. You will oversee the development of your team and prioritize client relations and experience in all actions. You are the champion of the field and the global vision: a leader in Change Management for all Commercial and Retail development processes. You will exert a positive influence and ensure brand strategies are effectively communicated to your team. The Maison will showcase Orveda’s unique French biotech luxury skincare philosophy, delivering a client experience unlike any other. Key Responsibilities Brand image Ensure your team delivers an elevated brand image through signature grooming standards, visual merchandising, services, client experience, brand expertise, and storytelling. Embody the brand’s values and foster a spirit of teamwork with hospitality and generosity. Retail expertise Create a unique client experience and impeccable journey by setting an example for your team. Monitor and forecast financial targets regularly, analyze statistics, and take appropriate action or inform stakeholders. Implement and ensure adherence to the brand’s retail policies and objectives, sharing KPI insights. Contribute to the construction and achievement of business objectives and P&L management. Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork within the boutique ecosystem. Optimize retail operations and ensure high service quality, proactive client relationship management, and innovative excellence. Develop client portfolios with management and sales teams, utilizing CRM tools for personalized engagement and cultivating a clienteling mindset. Guarantee excellence at every touchpoint of the client journey, providing personalized services. Analyze KPIs to identify optimization opportunities and monitor training metrics like Mystery Shopping and NPS. Represent the stores internally and externally, participating in PR and client events. Team management Participate in recruitment, training, and integration aligned with brand values. Create a trusting team environment through close monitoring, briefings, meetings, and positive leadership. Set objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs. Coach and develop team members, fostering motivation, celebration of successes, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with procedures and operating rules, manage disciplinary actions with HR support. Back office & Operations Supervise administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, bonuses, training, and uniforms. Oversee maintenance, security, cash management, and inventories. Visual Merchandising Maintain the store’s image and harmony in line with retail identity, merchandising standards, cleanliness, and team grooming. Qualifications Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a flagship boutique for an international luxury brand, preferably in perfumes and cosmetics. Strong business acumen, leadership, and experience in influencing and cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization. Deep understanding of luxury retail standards, client experience, and sales performance. Results-driven with a passion for performance, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent presence, communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Fluency in Arabic and English is required; proficiency in a third language is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
