Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer Dubai Position Overview Recruitment administrators are responsible for managing the hiring process at the client's organization. They work with a variety of stakeholders including managers, HR professionals, and candidates to ensure that everyone is working together effectively to find the best possible candidates for open positions. Recruitment administrators may also be responsible for other tasks related to staffing such as developing job descriptions or writing up employment contracts. General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Works in partnership with all recruiters across the Middle East helping support them. Assists recruiters in implementing the end-to-end recruitment cycle. Sources independently suitable candidates for our projects and proposals. Assists in performing reference and background checks for potential employees. Administers the employee referral program. Uploads all documents and CVs of the candidates in ORC. Maintains and updates the availability list. Maintains new hires files, projects files, and shared folders. Implements Style Guide as per company policy in all written materials. Converts candidate resumes into specific format for use in proposals. It may require interaction with new hires and potential employees. Provides a professional level resume reformatting, grammatical corrections, and targeted content ensuring accuracy and strategic phrasing of responsibilities and accomplishments. Develops high-quality Project Description text and circulates for review and approval by appropriate staff. Edits, proofreads, and organizes technical contents in a coherent and structured manner free from grammatical errors. Inputs data and improves the text in the Deltek Vision CRM database. Runs reports about job posts, candidates applications, open job requisitions, and other reports as required. Performs other responsibilities as required. Requirements Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: B.Sc. degree in Human Resources, BA, or a relevant field with a schooling degree. A passionate and driven resource who enjoys working in a challenging environment. Knowledge of working in the Middle East. The ability to simultaneously manage a multitude of roles at any one time. Comfortable working in various word processing and layout environments including Adobe and Microsoft Office. Excellent computer skills. Excellent English skills including writing, editing, and proofreading. Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail is a must. Ability to work under strict deadlines.
