Collaborate with the finance department to handle invoicing and payment processes. Generate sales reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes. Oversee the distribution of sales materials and ensure they are accessible to the team. Monitor and manage inventory levels related to sales and promotional materials. Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments such as logistics. Support the training and onboarding of new sales staff to ensure productivity. Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues relating to sales orders or products. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in a sales administration or coordination role is essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is necessary. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate sales records is crucial. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
