Bachelor of Technology/Engineering(Agriculture), Bachelor of Science(Agriculture) Nationality Any Vacancy 1 Vacancy Job Description Supervise and manage vermicomposting units , composting operations, and other organic input systems. Conduct soil testing and analysis to recommend suitable bio-fertilizers and soil amendments. Design and implement efficient organic fertilizer application strategies for different crop types. Ensure quality control of all organic products and maintain regulatory compliance. Research and develop improved methods for organic farming inputs. Collaborate with R&D team for developing new eco-friendly soil enhancement products. Train field staff and farmers on best practices in organic farming and soil health management . Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering with Equivalency Certify in MOE(Mandatory). A minimum of 1 years of relevant work experience in agricultural engineering, preferably in Bio Fertilizer or agribusiness. Knowledge of organic farming , vermi composting , and bio-fertilizer applications . Experience in soil testing , analysis, and recommendation of organic inputs. Familiarity with farm machinery and composting technologies is a plus. Strong communication and field supervision skills.
