The Executive Assistant is responsible to provide high quality administrative support in managing the daily operations and strategic initiatives of the Chief Executive Officer and other C-Level Officers. Additionally, the Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a wide range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth management of C-Level officers calendars. The Executive Assistant is responsible for overseeing travel coordination across the Group including liaising with travel service providers and managing hotel and related bookings. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field preferred Minimum Experience 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives. with proven office administration skills. Prior experience in the Middle East region is preferred. Job-Specific Skills Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency of computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software Strong interpersonal skills with experience providing administrative support with tact and diplomacy Ability to manage tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with attention to detail Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information The ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside stakeholders, clients and vendors Fluent in written and spoken English #J-18808-Ljbffr
