About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Executive to join TECOM Group . The main duties and responsibilities include: Assist the Business Development team in closing new sales deals to generate revenue and exceed sales targets, ensuring profitability for the organization. Understand client needs, provide information on real estate options, prices, and upcoming product developments, and discuss promotions to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through meetings, calls, emails, and visits to build a strong client database. Scan local markets, coordinate with real estate brokers, and update client information to understand customer requirements better. Liaise with R&L, Security, and Leasing for approvals of new business partners; provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients. Coordinate after-sales activities and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. Support administrative tasks related to partner queries, complaints, invoicing, leasing, legal issues, and payments, ensuring issues are resolved promptly. Prepare lease agreements, drafts, and proposals; support client registration processes to facilitate business opportunities. Coordinate lease, license, and permit issuance and renewal; assist in collections and reconcile statements to ensure billing accuracy. Maintain client documentation, correspondence, and support management to ensure smooth operations. Manage filing systems and documentation for reports and correspondence to improve departmental efficiency. Liaise with customers to resolve issues and queries, enhancing customer satisfaction. Gather client feedback to inform management and support business and marketing decisions.
