Oversee employee benefits programs , ensuring competitive and compliant offerings. Manage recruitment processes with speed and efficiency , ensuring a quick turnaround in hiring top talent . Handle onboarding, performance evaluations, and personnel administration . Provide strategic support in employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture enhancement . Ensure adherence to company policies, fostering a productive and positive work environment . Work closely with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives. Desired Candidate Profile MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field. Proven expertise in HR management, policies, and personnel administration . Strong recruitment skills with a focus on hiring efficiently and effectively . Deep understanding of employee benefits programs and UAE labor laws . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment . Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle confidential matters with discretion .
